the carper creative experience

From scheduling to shooting to final edits – no detail is too small to escape our attention. Enjoy your big day, and leave the rest to us.

“The team at Carper Photo was so kind, optimistic, calm, and organized and they were the perfect fit for our wedding day! We felt like we made a friend through this process.”

Pre-Shoot details

Once you contact us by phone, through social, or through the site, we start collecting information: the dates, the venue, desired concept, budget, etc. We’ll talk through our packages and pricing structure with you. Then, if you’re ready, we’ll go ahead and schedule your shoot!

The Shoot

Before your shoot we’ll confirm all the details so everything lined up for success! On the big day, we’ll arrive on location early to set up and get a feel for the space. Once you arrive, we’ll go over last-minute details and make sure you feel completely comfortable. Then, it’s just about having fun!

Editing

After the shoot, we aim to have the gallery ready for you to view within a week. Depending on which package you chose, you’ll be able to select a certain number of photos to be edited. Once you’ve selected your favorites, we get to work editing and get them back to you within one business week.

Prints & custom pieces

For clients interested in physical prints along with digitals, we will set up a private in-studio viewing to walk through our print options. For example, we supply fully framed, matted, and glassed portraits in ranges of paper quality, design, and texture. We also have many designed books and albums available.

“Carper Photo made me feel so comfortable and beautiful and I am truly grateful! Hiring a photographer was one of my very first (and important) decisions I made and I couldn’t have made a better choice!”
